Seth Fischer plans to open his new hedge fund, Oasis Investments Master Fund II, to new investors. Reuters reports that Fischer earlier managed the $3.3 billion DKR Soundshore Oasis Fund.

Fischer’s earlier multi-strategy hedge fund doubled investments over a period of 14 months. Fischer plans to raise $1 billion for Oasis Investments Master Fund II and stick with his successful multi-strategy approach for the new fund.
