Joe Perella recently snatched two high-level bankers from Morgan Stanley for his boutique investment bank, Perella Weinberg Partners. Scott Bruckner, the co-head of the European technology group, and Arnaud Dassy, an executive director on the telecom team, are the two individuals “poached” from Morgan Stanley. Bruckner was going to be transferred to New York from London to take the helm of the East Coast technology team. Bruckner has helped advise Virgin Mobile and Millicom in the past.
