It’s getting repetitive, but when Omega Advisors founder, Leon Cooperman, speaks each year at the Delivering Alpha Conference, equity investors are listening. As reported by CNBC, Leon Cooperman, whose $7 billion equity hedge fund has been among the top performers of the last two years, is slated to take the stage again this year where he will, once again, tout equities as the place to be.

It is expected that, as he has done in prior presentations, he will offer his picks for the 10 top stocks to own in the coming year. His top stock picks for 2012, which included Capital One and Gannet Co., have returned an average of 31 percent since last July.
