Oak Hill Investment Management has brought on Mark Anson as managing partner and chair of the Investment Committee. Anson comes to Oak Hill from Nuveen Investments, an asset management firm, where he was president and executive director of Investment Services.

“Mark’s knowledge of investing across asset classes strongly complements our endowment style and investment approach, and will be of tremendous value to the firm and to our clients,” said Jamie Alexander, Oak Hill co-founder.

Prior to Nuveen, Anson served as CEO of Hermes Pensions Management Ltd., where he was also CEO of the British Telecom Pension Scheme, the largest pension fund in the U.K. Before that, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System.
