MMI Investments, which holds a 9.9% stake in Unisys Corp, wants the company to sell off its US government contracting business. MMI is calling for the spin-off after the fall in stock price for the technology consulting firm. MMI wants Unisys to focus on their technology business in an attempt to increase the stock price.
