Motorola agreed to nominate 2 of Carl Icahn's director candidates, marking another victory for the activist investor at the struggling company. In return for Motorola's nominating William Hambrecht, the head of an investment bank, and Keith Meister, a portfolio manager for Icahn, Mr. Icahn agreed to drop his lawsuit against the company seeking documents related to its money-losing handset unit.
